Hepbest (Tenofovir Alafenamide 25mg)Tablet is used in the treatment of HIV infection and chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. It prevents the multiplication of viruses in human cells. This stops the virus from producing new viruses and clears up your infection. Hepbest Tablet should be used in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Take it with food, as this increases the absorption of the medicine into the body. It is important to keep taking them until your doctor tells you it is safe to stop. Some people may experience headaches as a side effect of this medicine. Please consult your doctor if it persists for a longer duration. These are usually not serious but tell your doctor if they bother you or do not go away. This lowers your chances of getting complications such as new infections and improves your quality of life. This medicine is always taken in combination with other antiretroviral medicines. It is not a cure for HIV or AIDS and should not be used to prevent HIV after accidental exposure to a risk. You must take this medicine as prescribed, following the dosage recommended by your doctor. Taking all doses in the right amount at the right times greatly increases the effectiveness of your combination of medicines and reduces the chances of your HIV infection becoming resistant to antiretroviral medicines. Missed Dose:It is although important not to miss a dose of taffic tablets but, still if you have missed a dose:
If you get to remember about the missed dose within 18 hours of the time of taking the taffic medicine then, you must take the tablet as soon as you noticed and take the next dose as usual.But, if you noticed it after 18 hours or more after the missed dose then, you shouldn’t take the missed dose just wait for the next dose and take the next dose at your usual time.In case you vomit within 1 hour after taking this medication, you should take another tablet. However, if you vomit after more than 1 hour after taking taffic, you have no need to take another tablet.

Tell your doctor if you are taking over-the-counter laxatives, stool softeners, and other medicines or dietary supplements that can cause diarrhea.heart attack. Tell your doctor right away if you have symptoms of a heart problem. These symptoms may include chest pain or pressure, pain in your arms, back, neck or jaw, or shortness of breath.stroke. DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATIONTesting Prior To Nintedanib AdministrationConduct liver function tests in all patients and a pregnancy test in females of reproductive potential prior to initiating treatment with Nintedanib [see WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS].
Recommended DosageThe recommended dosage of Nintedanib is 150 mg twice daily administered approximately 12 hours apart.

Important Safety InformationNiraparib may cause serious side effects, including:
Bone marrow problems called Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS) or a type of blood cancer called Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). Some people who have ovarian cancer and who have received previous treatment with chemotherapy or certain other medicines for their cancer have developed MDS or AML during treatment with Niraparib . MDS or AML may lead to death.
Symptoms of low blood cell counts (low red blood cells, low white blood cells, and low platelets) are common during treatment with Niraparib . They can be a sign of serious bone marrow problems, including MDS or AML. These symptoms may include the following:
Weakness
Feeling tired
Weight loss
Frequent infections
Fever
Shortness of breath
Blood in urine or stool
Bruising or bleeding more easily
Your doctor will do blood tests to check your blood cell counts before treatment with Niraparib . You will be tested weekly for the first month of treatment with Niraparib , monthly for the next 11 months of treatment, and from time to time afterward.
High blood pressure is common during treatment with Niraparib , and it can become serious. Your doctor will check your blood pressure and heart rate at least weekly for the first two months, then monthly for the first year, and as needed thereafter during your treatment with Niraparib .
Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) is a condition that affects the brain and may happen during treatment with Niraparib . If you have headache, vision changes, confusion, or seizure, with or without high blood pressure, please contact your doctor.
Before starting to take Niraparib , tell your doctor about all of your medical conditions, including if you:

Geftinat (Gefitinib 250mg) Tablet is used in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. It is used in patients in which it has spread to other parts of the body, who have abnormal epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) genes, and who have not had previous treatment for cancer.
